The Fabertec M1 CNC Router is a modern piece of equipment for precise material processing.
The Fabertec M1 CNC Centre Router is an advanced and cutting-edge machine designed specifically for precision machining of various materials, including wood, chipboard, MDF, OSB, plastics, Plexiglas, PVC, HPL, composites (such as Corian, Hi-Macs, Betacryl), dibond, carbon, alucobond, and more. It is a versatile tool suitable for professionals in various industries, such as joiners, fabricators, sign makers, and van conversion specialists.
One of the notable features of the M1 CNC Centre Router is its construction using thick mild steel sections, which provides exceptional rigidity and resistance to vibrations. This ensures the machine’s durability and longevity while maintaining high precision.
The M1 CNC Centre Router is equipped with a user-friendly interface that incorporates advanced features.
It features an intuitive controller that simplifies operation for the users. With the inclusion of servo motors and a powerful 9kW air-cooled spindle, the machine delivers reliable performance and consistent results. These engineering solutions, along with other cutting-edge technologies, make the M1 CNC Centre Router suitable for semi-professional users.
One of the key advantages of the M1 CNC Centre Router is its ability to work in full 3D, allowing users to perform complete machining operations in three axis. This means it can handle complex tasks like thread cutting and carving with ease. The machine also comes with a modern CAD/CAM program specifically designed for milling and plotting. The accompanying software offers a range of useful functions, including auto nesting for optimal material usage, automatic correction of the cutter diameter, slope entry into the material, defining bridges for stability, automated cutting of internal shapes, 3D routing tool path visualization, and more.

9kW AIR COOLED SPINDLE
From now on you can cut even 22mm ply in one pass. We never use cheap water-cooled spindles

AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION
To save time by automatically lubricating all runners and keeping the machine in top condition.

DELTA INVERTER
Branded USA inverter for spindle to always have a smooth revolution of your tool and work even longer shifts.

FULL SERVO MOTORS
Strong and responsive full servo motors. Running on CATBUS circuit.

VACUUM TABLE
Effortlessly keeping boards on a table with the vacuum. Also, clamp rails prepared for solid woods, non-smooth materials.

COOLANT
For your projects requiring aluminium sheet cutting.

300MM GANTRY HEIGHT
All of our CNC router models have a 300mm gantry clearance giving you more ways to process high materials like solid timber, foam for models, etc.

HIWIN GUIDE RAILS
Hiwin 25 Heavy Duty runners designed for 3ton kinetic load. 5 times more than gantry weight to keep squareness for years to come.

END OF AXIS LIMITERS
As an extra safety, we install sensors to prevent CNC from hitting end buffers in case of operator error.

POSITIONING BOLTS
Always position your board exactly on XY=0 in the homing corner. Never again waste your time trying to align your boards to the XY axis.
Affordable prices to allow you to speed up your workshop processes.

Delivery
Our M1 1325 and 1530 machines come with free delivery, installation, and training by our Ireland-based engineers at the client's location.
Model 2030 due to machine size can only be delivered by Hiab lorry which will incur an extra charge of €500.
An additional cost of €500 will apply for custom and export documentation when transporting our CNC routers to Northern Ireland.
The client needs a forklift on site to unload and position in the workshop.
- M1 1325 - Min 3ton with 1600mm long forks.
- M1 1530 3.5ton with 1800mm forks.
- M1 2030 4ton with 2200mm long forks.
Warranty
- 24 Months on-site parts and labour warranty included. Obligatory maintenance is required after the first 12 months to keep the second-year warranty at €750 + travel time (€100/h) + Fuel surcharge (€0.90/m).
- To extend the 3-year warranty, an additional cost of 12% of the machine price + VAT applies. This option is only available with the purchase and is subject to mandatory service performed 12 and 24 months after the initial purchase of the machine.

Also, our comprehensive package includes VCarve Pro, a vacuum pump, with all necessary collets, chucks, tools, and spares. Additionally, we offer a free of charge dust extractor for M1 & M2 Models ensuring you have everything you need for a seamless experience.
NARROW WORKSHOP ENTRANCE? NOT A PROBLEM FOR FABERTEC
We strive to accommodate our clients, though sometimes the situation may not be ideal.
For the Fabertec M1 and M2 2030 CNC center routers:
- After removing the gantry, the minimum dimensions required for the table are 232 cm in width and 225 cm in height.
- With the gantry assembled, the minimum required dimensions are 280 cm in width and 225 cm in height, without the servo motors and covers on those two models.
An additional charge will apply, as the machines from Fabertec HQ arrive fully tested and assembled. Therefore, reassembly is required on-site, often necessitating the deployment of additional engineers.
Here’s a recent experience we had with one of our clients.
We recently had a client in Bradford who showed an interest in our M2 2030 CNC centre router machine. However, the main challenge we had was the narrow passage to their workshop, which made it hard to get the machine inside. So, the Fabertec team designed and welded 2 metal vertical frames; one for the bed and another one for the gantry to be able to move parts safely through a narrow entrance to the Client's workshop. Led by Charles, the team of Fabertec engineers safely moved the disassembled CNC into its final resting place. The rest of the day was well spent on assembly and the following day M2 2030 was fully assembled and ready for training. After a few hours, the team at Carlise was cutting their designs fully confident in drawing and creating G-Code files. With Fabertec we design machines with the Client in mind - there is no need for PHD or Engineering degree to use our cnc's.
Here at FABERTEC, we are not shy from the challenge and we are making sure you have the means to cut quickly, safely, and accurately.
